Week 16 TE Rankings, Start, Sit — 2024 NFL Fantasy Football Rankings

Updated:

By: Jeff Pratt

The second round of the 2024 fantasy football playoffs is upon us. All 32 teams are in action in Week 16, so there are plenty of strong options at each position, including tight end.

Last week, Sam LaPorta ($4,400; 21.1 FPTS) was the top tight end in fantasy with Jonnu Smith ($5,400; 19.8 FPTS) and Brenton Strange ($2,500; 18.3 FPTS) right behind him. Meanwhile, Trey McBride ($6,000; 17.7 FPTS) continues to put up huge numbers every week but cannot break into the end zone.

Looking ahead to this week’s matchups, the Chargers and Broncos start the action early on Thursday. On Saturday, we get a Chiefs-Texans and Steelers-Ravens doubleheader. On Monday Night Football, the Packers take on the Saints.

Let’s take a look at my top 10 tight ends to start in Week 16:

  1. Brock Bowers (vs. JAX)
  2. Trey McBride (at CAR)
  3. George Kittle (at MIA)
  4. Jonnu Smith (vs. SF)
  5. David Njoku (at CIN)
  6. Sam LaPorta (at CHI)
  7. Mark Andrews (vs. PIT)
  8. Travis Kelce (vs. HOU)
  9. Tucker Kraft (vs. NO)
  10. Hunter Henry (at BUF)

These rankings are based on news and information available as of Monday afternoon. Stay tuned to DraftKings Network throughout the week for ongoing coverage as matchups and situations develop.
