UPDATE 2:16 p.m. ET: Jaylen Waddle is officially questionable to return to Sunday’s game with a knee injury. This is obviously of great concern to Dolphins fans, who were just getting excited to see Jaylen Waddle and Tua Tagovailoa looking in sync once again.

Midway through the second quarter of the Dolphins’ game against the Houston Texans, Jaylen Waddle suffered what appears to be a leg injury after an awkward tackle.

Waddle did indeed roll around on the ground in pain for a while, and then was helped by Miami trainers to the blue medical tent, where he remains now.

Before leaving the game, Tua Tagovailoa targeted Waddle twice, but the duo never connected. We’ll provide further updates as they become available.
