Do you have tough lineup decisions to make Sunday in a must-win fantasy matchup? I’ve got you covered.
Welcome to your one-stop shop for Week 15 fantasy football start/sit advice. In this article, I’ll highlight one pick from each of my positional start ’em, sit ’em articles for this week’s slate. Check out each article for a deeper dive into that position!
Running Back
Start ‘Em: Rico Dowdle (Cowboys) at Panthers
Don’t look now, but Dallas’ running game has come to life. Dowdle has now amassed 329 yards on the ground over his last three outings, including a ridiculous 131-yard performance against the Bengals.
The 26-year-old is averaging well over five yards per carry over that span, and is now set to face a Panthers defense that allows the most fantasy points per game to opposing backfields. With his sudden bump in usage and production, fire Dowdle up as a strong RB2 in the first round of the fantasy playoffs.

Wide Receiver
Sit ‘Em: Jayden Reed (Packers) at Seahawks
It’s only right that the receiver who has appeared as my sit of the week the most this season earns that nod in the first fantasy playoffs slate.
Of course, this isn’t the nod managers who roster Jayden Reed want to see, but it shouldn’t shock you at this point. At his best, Reed has legitimate WR1 potential as an explosive playmaker. At his worst, he’s virtually nonexistent. The latter happened in Green Bay’s last outing against Detroit, as the second-year receiver failed to catch his only target of the game.
That’s the fifth time Reed has failed to score double-digit fantasy points in his last seven games. Regardless of talent, I’m not playing the boom-or-bust game in a playoff matchup.

Tight End
Start ‘Em: Zach Ertz (Commanders) at Saints
Ertz entered the Week 14 bye on a roll, having racked up at least 12.5 PPR points in three straight outings.
The 34-year-old certainly isn’t showing his age, consistently seeing a high snap share while remaining heavily involved in Washington’s passing attack. Ertz has received 29 targets over the Commanders’ last four games, finding the end zone in each of his last three contests.
This week, he draws a favorable matchup against the Saints, who allow the fifth-most passing yards in the league. Fire up Ertz as a solid TE1.
