The Browns’ offense has been much more productive since Jameis Winston ($5,500) took over the starting QB job. Winston has made David Njoku ($5,200) and Jerry Jeudy ($6,200) very strong fantasy options giving both plenty of targets in aggressive spots to make plays. This week, though, it looks like Cleveland will be without Njoku, according to the latest report from Cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot:
#Browns David Njoku (hamstring) is likely to sit on Sunday vs. the #Chiefs … OC Ken Dorsey says if he can't play, they'll go tight end by committee: https://t.co/MXqGnB1kek

Jerry Jeudy’s potential
If Njoku is sidelined, that would open up plenty of work for multiple Browns and make Jeudy an outstanding play at receiver.
In the last four games since the Browns’ bye week, Njoku has 51 targets. He has at least seven catches in three of his last four games and three touchdowns in his last two contests. That’s a lot of volume to lose.
At the same time, Jeudy has been making big plays, as well. He has at least five catches in each of those four games, averaging 6.5 receptions for 131.5 yards.
That average is skewed by his massive 235-yard performance against the Broncos, but that game also shows the upside he brings if he gets extra attention from Winston. In that game, he had 13 targets, but last week he only got six targets, while Njoku led the team with 13.
The Bottom Line
If Jeudy gets a handful of extra targets in this week’s game against the Chiefs, he could go off for a massive performance again. The Chiefs have allowed at least one wide receiver touchdown in seven straight games and a total of 14 in their 13 games this season.
The Browns are four-point home underdogs and Jeudy is +180 to score a touchdown.
He’ll be a top option in DFS contests like the NFL $2.5M Fantasy Football Millionaire [$1M to 1st] if Njoku is sidelined.
