For Week 15’s edition of Thursday Night Football, the 49ers are hosting the Rams. On DraftKings Sportsbook, San Franscio is favored by three-points and this game presents a total of 48.5 points.

Isaac Guerendo O 63.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
Making his first career start last week, Guerendo rushed for 78 yards and a pair of touchdowns on 15 carries vs. the Bears. The rookie sprained his foot and was forced to exit the contest during the fourth quarter, and would have likely seen more carries if he didn’t depart this win early. In the first three quarters of this contest, Guerendo notably saw 12 of the 13 running back carries for the 49ers.
Due to the sprained foot, Guerendo missed practice Monday and Tuesday, but he was limited Wednesday and ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting Guerendo plans to play Thursday vs. the Rams. Schefter also noted that Guerendo insists he “feels good”.
All signs are pointing to Gueredno not being limited Thursday and he should top this line as the 49ers’ featured back. San Francisco is running the ball at the seventh-highest rate this season and with them being a three-point home favorite on the DraftKings Sportsbook, Guerendo should see at least 15 carries.
The rookie averaging an elite 5.7 YPC this season, which ranks fourth among all the running backs that have seen at least 50 carries this season. Plus, this an awesome matchup, with Los Angeles giving up the second-most yards per rush in the NFL in their last three games (6.0).
Guerendo’s rushing line would have been around 80 yards if he didn’t exit last Sunday’s game early and attacking this over on the DraftKings Sportsbook is smart call with the back reportedly ready to go for Thursday Night Football.
