Last week, against the best defense per EPA, Williams threw for 256 yards and a trio of scores in one of his most promising showings of the year. In the second half, in particular, he seemed to settle in and throw the ball with precision and elite timing. His confidence is starting to grow, and if he can continue to hit on chunk plays downfield, his stats will continue to see an uptick.
Williams takes on a banged-up San Francisco front seven, which looked incredibly vulnerable in its last two matchups against Seattle and Green Bay. Williams is the centerpiece of this offense, and as long as he stays upright, he will air out two passing touchdowns.
