The Mavericks are coming off a dominant 137-101 victory against the Wizards, extending their win streak to six games. Luka Doncic was on fire, securing a triple-double in the win with 21 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists. The Mavericks have won 10 of their last 11 games and have shown incredible depth, with Kyrie Irving and others stepping up alongside Doncic. On the other hand, the Raptors are struggling with consistency, coming off a tough 129-92 loss to the Thunder. Expect Dallas to cover this spread easily with their current momentum.
Grizzlies +6.5 (-112)
The Grizzlies face off against the Celtics in what will be a test of their recent improvements. Memphis has been playing strong defense, holding three-consecutive teams to 92 points or fewer. While the Celtics have been dominant at home, Memphis has the talent and motivation to keep this game close, especially with Marcus Smart looking to make an impact in his return to Boston. With Ja Morant’s leadership, Memphis will keep it tight, making them a solid pick against the spread.
Suns +6 (-112)
Though Kevin Durant is out due to an ankle injury, the Suns have been playing well when Devin Booker takes the lead. With Booker averaging 25.1 points and 6.3 assists, the Suns should be able to stay competitive despite their injuries. Miami’s defense has been inconsistent, and with Phoenix having enough depth with players like Bradley Beal and Royce O’Neale stepping up, this game should remain close. The Suns are 8-2 with Booker, Beal, and Durant healthy, and while Durant’s absence will hurt, they’ve shown they can compete with top-tier teams.
Knicks -9 (-112)
The Knicks are on a roll, having won four straight games, including dominant victories over Charlotte and Orlando. The Knicks’ offense is clicking, especially with Karl-Anthony Towns, Jalen Brunson, and OG Anunoby leading the charge. Detroit has been struggling, having lost three straight games by double digits. The Pistons have been inconsistent defensively, which allows New York to cover this spread. With the Knicks’ depth and strong performances from their stars, expect them to continue their streak with a convincing win over the Pistons.
Luka Doncic Over 46.5 PTS + REB + AST (-115)
Luka Doncic has been in fantastic form, and his recent triple-double performance is a testament to his all-around impact. He’s averaging 28.6 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 7.9 assists this season. With his current form and the matchup against the Raptors, who have struggled defensively, this over looks like a great bet. Doncic’s ability to fill up the stat sheet with scoring, rebounds, and assists tends to punish teams, especially bad ones.
