Cade Cunningham O 7.5 assists (-115)

Cunningham has been one of the best playmakers in the NBA this season. This line is simply too low for the star point guard. With a 45.2% assist rate, Cunningham is averaging 8.8 assist per game this season. Not only are both of these numbers career highs for him, but they are also top-10 in the league this season.

Cunningham has recorded at least nine assists in 11 of his last 12 starts, and while the Celtics rank seventh in defensive efficiency, Cunningham posted 10 assists in his first meeting of the season with Boston back in late October.

Plus, the Celtics have listed both Jayson Tatum (knee) and Jrue Holiday (knee) as questionable, and if either sit, Boston’s defense will likely suffer and this game should naturally be more competitive.

Nevertheless, this 7.5-assist line is very low for Cunningham no matter who he is facing, and he needs to be backed for this over on the DraftKings Sportsbook.
