Mark Williams was drafted by the Charlotte Hornets with the 15th overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft. He’s 7 feet and 240 pounds with a 7’6.5″ wingspan. He’s a beast on the glass, an excellent lob threat and protects the paint like someone is coming to take his dinner.
Unfortunately, injuries have riddled his young career, as he’s played in only 62 games over two seasons. Williams has yet to make an appearance this season due to a foot injury, but his time may be nigh, as he’s questionable for Tuesday’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Nick Richards just recently returned from injury, so Moussa Diabate would be relegated to a reserve role if Williams is able to return, although he will likely be on a minutes limit.
