Anthony Richardson could potentially be without two of his starting receivers in Week 13. With Josh Downs looking unlikely to play and Alec Pierce questionable, Richardson could be on the hook to contribute more on the ground. That’s why I’m taking an Anthony Richardson anytime touchdown bet for this week.

Richardson has been running the ball a ton since returning to the lineup. He’s logged 20 carries for 93 yards and two touchdowns. Over that span, 16 of those were designed runs. It’s a massive jump from what we saw earlier in the season, when Richardson did it 20 times over six games. The Patriots have faced many designed runs this season, so it’s hard to gauge how well they can or will do against it. Nonetheless, Richardson has forced four missed tackles and averaging 3.1 yards after contact over the last two weeks.
The Patriots have been an average defense in the red zone, allowing a score on 60% of their opponents attempts. With the Colts down one and potentially two weapons, this should be a great spot for Richardson to use his legs in the red zone.
