Kyle Kuzma suffered a rib injury late in the first quarter against the Clippers on Wednesday, Nov. 27 and is expected to miss the next two games. The veteran forward did not return to Wednesday’s game.
Wizards coach Brian Keefe told reporters that Kuzma is unlikely to play on the team’s upcoming two-game road trip. Washington plays Milwaukee on Saturday, Nov. 30 and Cleveland on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
Kuzma is having a down year through 12 games. He’s averaging 15.8 points, 56. rebounds and 1.9 assists on 42 percent shooting from the field and 27.6 percent from deep.
