UPDATE: Moore has returned to Thursday’s game vs. the Lions.
Early in the first quarter of the opening Thanksgiving game between the Lions and the Bears, D.J. Moore took a hard hit along the right sideline on an incomplete lob from Caleb Williams.
Moore appeared to take a hit from a defender’s shoulder and fall hard to the ground. He’s headed to the blue medical tent.
