The Celtics are hosting the Clippers in Boston on Monday and the Celtics are expected to have Kristaps Porzingis (foot) in the lineup for the first time this season, with the big man listed as probable. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Boston is a 10.5-point favorite and this game’s total is set at 218 points.

With Porzingis back for the Celtics, taking this under for Brown is a smart move. In the 57 games Brown has played with Porzingis active the last two seasons, Brown is averaging right under his combo line for tonight with 31.6 PRA per game. Overall, with Porzingis on the floor, Brown’s usage and assist rates have dropped 1.7 and 1.4 percentage points, respectively.

This matchup with the Clippers is also poor for Brown. Los Angeles ranks fifth in defensive efficiency, 23rd in pace and they are allowing the fewest points to shooting guards this season.

Lastly, with the Celtics favored by 10.5 points on their home floor, a blowout is possible, which would limit Brown’s minutes and this game is the second leg of a back-to-back set for Boston. For his career, Brown is averaging 2.2 PPG less when playing his second game in two nights.
