Kyler Murray is having a really solid season so far and has the Cardinals in first place in the NFC West. This is a massive divisional game against the Seahawks in terms of staying at the top of the division and improving that all-important divisional record. Murray ranks 10th among qualified quarterbacks in EPA+CPOE composite and continues to make really solid decisions. Between his arm and his legs, he seems to always make the right decision to ensure that the Cardinals keep the chains moving. That is why Kyler Murray ranks fifth in success rate among qualified QBs.
The Seahawks rank in the bottom half of the league in defensive EPA/dropback at 18th. Murray should be able to move the ball through the air and pick apart the Seattle secondary. Marvin Harrison Jr. is having a solid rookie year and Trey McBride has turned into a star at tight end. Those targets should be open in this game to make things easy on Murray. Seattle has also struggled to defend the run, ranking 22nd in defensive EPA/rush. Murray and James Conner should both be able to pick up chunks on the ground and allow the Cardinals to run a balanced offense.
My favorite prop bet in this game is for Kyler Murray to not throw an interception. Murray has only thrown three interceptions all season, with none in the past three weeks. Also, Seattle is averaging just 0.7 interceptions per game, around the league average in that category. The Cardinals should be able to run the ball really effectively in this game and Murray shouldn’t be forced to make any hero throws into tight coverage. He should make this his fourth straight game without an interception.
