The Trail Blazers take on the Rockets for the second straight night on Saturday after Houston took care of business on Friday night in an NBA Emirates Cup matchup. The Trail Blazers will be short-handed in the frontcourt, so Donovan Clingan ($4,700) is a good value play in DFS fantasy basketball contests. The Blazers ruled out Robert Williams III (rest) and will probably remain without Deandre Ayton ($6,600; finger, doubtful). Jerami Grant ($6,000; illness) is also questionable, stretching the rest of Portland’s frontcourt even thinner.

C Donovan Clingan, Portland Trail Blazers at Houston Rockets, $4,700
Clingan has started each of the last five games for the Blazers. He only played 15 minutes last night in a blowout but had played 21+ minutes in each of his previous four outings. He has multiple blocks in four straight games with at least seven boards in each contest.
In the last game that Williams sat out for rest and Ayton was sidelined, Clingan posted his best career game. He finished with 17 points, 12 rebounds, eight blocks and 50.5 fantasy points in a career-high 31 minutes against the Timberwolves. Without Williams, he has a similar upside on Saturday night against Houston, so consider him as a great value play, especially if Grant ends up sitting out as well.
The seven-footer from UConn has looked very good in an expanded role, so play him confidently at under $5,000 this Saturday.
