Warriors -10.5 (-112)

The Warriors have earned home wins over the Mavericks and Grizzlies to lead West Group C, and they’ll aim to strengthen their grip on the top spot while boosting their point differential. With a win, the Warriors can continue their push toward the semifinals.

The Pelicans have struggled, losing by 74 points combined in three straight blowouts to the Lakers, Mavericks, and Cavaliers. New Orleans is coming off a 128-100 loss to Cleveland on Wednesday. While the Warriors have dealt with their challenges, missing De’Anthony Melton for the season due to a torn ACL, Lindy Waters III has stepped in, contributing effectively as a starter. Golden State’s depth, which includes standout performances from Waters, Buddy Hield, and Jonathan Kuminga, has kept the team competitive.

The Warriors swept the Pelicans in two games last month, winning 124-106 and 104-89. With New Orleans struggling to stay healthy and Golden State firing on all cylinders, the Warriors are well-positioned to cover the -10.5 spread on Friday.

Kings -3 (-110)

The Clippers are coming off a 104-93 win over the Orlando Magic, which ended Orlando’s six-game winning streak. Despite missing their leading scorer, Norman Powell (hamstring), the Clippers overcame 25 turnovers and earned their first victory over Orlando in over two weeks. Amir Coffey scored 18 points, while James Harden scored 24 despite having five turnovers.

The Kings are coming off a 109-108 loss to the Hawks. Keon Ellis had a career-high 33 points, including nine 3-pointers, but Sacramento was without DeMar DeRozan, Domantas Sabonis, and Malik Monk. De’Aaron Fox scored 28 points, continuing his solid season, leading the Kings with an average of 28.8 points per game.

Sabonis and DeRozan are expected to return to the lineup, boosting Sacramento’s outlook. The Clippers are favored to cover the -3 spread, though they will need to be more efficient with the ball to continue their success.

Mavericks +3 (-115)

The Mavericks will face the Nuggets on Friday night without Luka Doncic, who will miss at least a week due to a right wrist injury. The Nuggets, meanwhile, could have their MVP, Nikola Jokic, back after missing the previous three games for personal reasons. Jokic is questionable.

Both teams have one loss in West Group C, and the loser will surely be eliminated from advancing to the knockout round. The Mavericks, who were already without Doncic for a game this season due to a knee issue, must rely heavily on Kyrie Irving. Irving nearly led Dallas to a win over the Nuggets earlier this month, scoring a season-high 43 points in a 122-120 loss. With Doncic out, Irving will need to step up even further.

After missing their last meeting with Denver, Dallas will also have P.J. Washington and Dereck Lively II available. Jokic’s potential return is critical for the Nuggets, but they also face injuries to forward Vlatko Cancar (knee) and Aaron Gordon (calf). Dario Saric, who started in place of Jokic during his absence, will play a more significant role as the Nuggets adjust to these absences.

With both teams dealing with key injuries, the Mavericks are in a favorable position to cover the +3 spread, especially with Irving leading the way.

Bucks -5 (-112)

The Bucks are on a roll, having won four of their last five games after a tough start to the season. Their most recent victory came against the Bulls, with Giannis Antetokounmpo putting up 41 points, nine rebounds, and eight assists in a dominant 122-106 win. The Bucks’ defense also stepped up late in the game, closing with an 18-4 run to seal the win. Brook Lopez, who struggled early in the season, is now averaging 19 points per game on 55.4% shooting in his last five outings.

The Pacers have hit a rough patch, losing four of their last five games. Their shooting woes were evident in their 130-113 loss to the Rockets, where they shot 22.7% from three-point range. All-Star guard Tyrese Haliburton has struggled recently, shooting only 30.3% from the field and 30.8% from beyond the arc in his last five games.

With the Bucks finding their rhythm and the Pacers struggling with consistency, Milwaukee is poised to cover the -5 spread, especially with Antetokounmpo leading the charge.

Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 32.5 Points (-110)

Antetokounmpo is in prime form this season, averaging 32.1 points, 12.1 rebounds, and 6.1 assists across 14 games. His recent performances have been even more impressive, with a surge to 33.0 points, 11.0 rebounds, and 7.6 assists over his last five games.

Antetokounmpo’s history against the Pacers further strengthens his case to hit the over on 32.5 points. Last season, he averaged 42.2 points, 13.0 rebounds, and 5.4 assists in five games against them. With the Bucks’ offense flowing through him and the Pacers struggling defensively, Antetokounmpo seems poised to have another big scoring night, making this a strong bet for him to surpass 32.5 points again.
