The NBA is in full swing with an exciting season, and Saturday has another intriguing slate with enticing matchups across the board.

DraftKings Value Picks
SG/SF Dalton Knecht ($5,400)
Age is likely the only reason Dalton Knecht fell to 17th overall in June’s NBA Draft. The 23-year-old spent a pair of seasons at a JUCO, transferred to Northern Colorado for two campaigns, and used his last year of eligibility to jump to the University of Tennessee. As a Vol, he was a consensus All-American, tearing the net off the rim as one of the greatest collegiate shooters in recent memory. Unsurprisingly to everyone, but apparently some GMs, Knecht has picked up right where he left off.
The rookie has scored at least 14 points in five-straight contests, including a 37-point explosion Tuesday in Salt Lake City. The wing is shooting an absurd 46% from downtown and has been lethal working off the dribble or catching and firing after flying around screens. He’s a gifted scorer who can fill it up in a flash and has been a seamless fit in fellow marksman JJ Redick’s offensive scheme.
Denver’s backcourt struggles defensively, and Knecht should come out ready to launch. Los Angeles is starting to rely on him off the bench, and he has enough opportunity to be a continuous DFS threat.
SG/SF Malik Beasley ($5,200)
No one is better for fantasy than a player who loves to shoot on a team with few expectations. In his fifth home in four years, Malik Beasley is third on Detroit in field goal attempts and points per game this season. The three-point sniper is starting to find his stroke, hitting at least four triples in seven straight outings.
Beasley has done a solid job crashing the glass, making him more than just a flamethrower from beyond the arc. He offers little passing upside, but hovering around 20 points per night over the last few weeks is far more valuable. The veteran gets a matchup with Orlando, who has a talented defense but struggles to guard the arc. Beasley has a permanent green light with an assigned salary that is too cheap to ignore.
