Only eight teams take the court across the NBA on Thursday. While a select group of games makes it tougher to make winning bets, there’s still plenty of value on the board. Here are three player props worth betting on tonight.

Tobias Harris over 13.5 points (-115)
After suffering through a dismal season in Philadelphia last year, Tobias Harris has enjoyed an uneventful return to the Pistons. The 14-year veteran is still a capable player, but his numbers don’t jump off the page (13.5 PPG, 7.5 RPG, 44.2 FG%). Still, he provides a steady source of scoring for a team that appears to be turning a corner.
Although Harris has been known to disappoint in big games, Thursday’s date with the Hornets is the perfect scenario. To find the last time Harris didn’t tally 14 points or more against Charlotte, you’d need to go all the way back to 2016. That’s 24 straight outings going over tonight’s total, including one game from earlier this season. While all good things must come to an end, I’m willing to bet on the right side of history.
Stephon Castle over 4.5 assists (+100)
Even though Victor Wembanyama is set to miss another game tonight, there’s still plenty of talent in San Antonio. That includes Stephon Castle, the fourth overall pick in last summer’s NBA Draft. While the UConn product has struggled to find his shot (38.2 FG%), he’s made significant strides as a playmaker. During his previous five games, the young guard has averaged 5.4 assists in just over 30 minutes.
Castle has gone over this assist total in five of his last seven outings, and he should have the ball in his hands more often without Wembanyama. This season, the Jazz have allowed 27.8 assists per game, the fourth-highest mark in basketball. Against a vulnerable opponent, this skilled rookie should excel as a creator.
Julius Randle over 29.5 points + rebounds (-115)
Julius Randle is off to a terrific start with the Timberwolves, posting 21.6 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 4.4 assists through fourteen games this season. Minnesota’s new addition has been far more efficient than he was in New York, shooting 50.7% from the field. He’ll look to carry over that success in a prime matchup against one of the NBA’s worst defenses.
The Raptors are currently giving up 119.5 points per game to opposing teams, fourth-most in the league. Randle has thrived in this spot before, averaging 23.4 points and 12.4 rebounds in his last five games against Toronto. That includes a 24-point, nine-rebound performance on October 26th. It’s been years since Randle didn’t hit this total, and there’s nothing to suggest that won’t continue on Thursday.
