Damian Lillard got off to a good start in his second season with the Bucks, averaging 26 points while shooting 44.4 percent from the field in 10 games. That was an improvement on the 24.3 points and 42 percent field goal shooting he posted last season.
Unfortunately, Lillard suffered a concussion and missed the last three games, but he could make his return on Monday, as he’s been upgraded to probable.
The Bucks have won two of the last three games without Lillard, but those were against the Raptors and Pistons. His presence will be much welcomed as the Bucks try to dig out of the 4-9 hole.
Ryan Rollins started the first game Lillard was out, but he’s dealing with an injury himself, so Delon Wright, who has started the last two games, would likely return to a reserve role if Lillard returns.
