With five exciting matchups on tap for Saturday, there’s plenty of action to break down. Here are my top betting picks on DraftKings Sportsbook for today’s NBA action:

Bucks -4 (-105)
Giannis Antetokounmpo is in MVP form, posting 59 points in a 127-120 overtime win over Detroit. With Milwaukee’s offense finding its stride, it’ll need him to continue leading the charge against a Charlotte team struggling on both ends. LaMelo Ball, averaging 29.9 points, scored 35 in a loss to Orlando but has seen limited help as the Hornets deal with turnovers and inconsistent play.
Damian Lillard is likely out due to concussion protocol, but the Bucks still have plenty of firepower. Milwaukee has won three of its last five and should extend that streak, covering the -4 spread against a faltering Hornets team.
Kings -10 (-112)
After a historic 60-point game in a 130-126 overtime loss to the Timberwolves, De’Aaron Fox looks to lead the Kings to a win over the Jazz on Saturday. Fox scored 39 points in the second half, but Sacramento fell short despite his effort. Domantas Sabonis added 23 points and 12 rebounds, extending his double-double streak to 12 games, while Keegan Murray chipped in 14 points and 10 rebounds.
Fresh off a 115-113 win over the Mavericks, Utah is riding solid performances from John Collins and Kyle Filipowski, who combined for 42 points. The Jazz will be without Walker Kessler (hip bursitis), and Lauri Markkanen is questionable (eye contusion). Sacramento won the first meeting this season 113-96 and has now won five straight over Utah. With Fox leading the charge, the Kings should cover the -10 spread at home.
Kyrie Irving Over 22.5 Points (-115)
After a tough 115-113 loss to the Jazz, the Mavericks return home to face the Spurs on Saturday to end a four-game losing streak with a combined negative scoring differential of just eight points. Against Utah, Kyrie Irving was sidelined due to a shoulder injury in the loss but will return against the Spurs.
Irving has thrived, averaging 25.2 points per game this season and over 22.5 points in three of his last five games. With the Mavericks looking to break their losing streak, Irving will likely be aggressive to help guide the team to a victory. He appears primed to hit the Over on 22.5 points in this matchup.
Lakers -7.5 (-108)
The Lakers will look to extend their four-game winning streak when they face the Pelicans, who recently ended a six-game losing streak with a win over the Nuggets. Denver was without Nikola Jokic and New Orleans capitalized on a strong performance from Brandon Ingram, who finished with 29 points, nine rebounds and seven assists to help end the Pelicans’ recent slide. LeBron James posted his fourth consecutive triple-double, and Anthony Davis delivered a season-high 40 points in the Lakers’ 120-115 win over San Antonio.
While the Pelicans have shown resilience, the Lakers are firing on all cylinders, with their stars stepping up in key moments. The Pelicans will have their hands full with the Lakers’ dynamic duo and depth, making LA the favorite to cover the -7.5 spread on the road.
LeBron James Over 9.5 Assists (-105)
LeBron James has been on a tear as a playmaker, averaging 9.6 assists per game this season. He’s surpassed 9.5 assists in his last four games, recording 12, 14, 16 and 13. With his court vision at its best, LeBron has helped lead the Lakers through a four-game win streak, and his playmaking will be critical against the Pelicans on Saturday.
In their 120-115 victory over San Antonio on Friday, James notched his fourth consecutive triple-double with 15 points, 16 rebounds and 12 assists. With Anthony Davis continuing his dominant scoring run, James’ facilitating will be even more crucial. He will have plenty of opportunities to rack up assists, making the Over 9.5 assists a solid bet for this matchup.
