Cade Cunningham Over 37.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-105)
Considering Detroit won just 14 games last season and has already five wins this season, something must be going right. The answer is Cade Cunningham, who is on nightly triple-double watch at this point. He leads the team with a 30.0% usage rate and draws a strong matchup tonight against the Bucks.
Milwaukee ranks 18th in defensive efficiency (1.107) and has particularly struggled to limit opposing point guards, allowing the seventh-most points (24.8) and sixth-most assists per game (8.8) to the position this season. Cunningham has struggled with his shooting a bit in the month of November, particularly from deep, but has still cleared this line in seven of 12 games this season. He also scored 33 and 25 points in two matchups last season versus the Bucks.
Damian Lillard is still in concussion protocol and Milwaukee will likely have Andre Jackson Jr. or Ryan Rollins attempting to guard Cade throughout the night. Even if he continues to struggle to score, he’s averaged 19.8 rebounds and assists in his last five games and would only need to score 20 points to surpass this line. The Bucks are poorly coached and it would not surprise me to see them allow a masterclass and possible upset from Cade and the Pistons tonight.
