UPDATE: Trail Blazers announce that Anfernee Simons will not return Tuesday with a chest injury.
In the first quarter of Tuesday’s game vs. the Timberwolves, Anfernee Simons went back to the locker room with an injury. Scoot Henderson entered the game in his place. Simons was one-for-two from the field for two points and a rebound before the injury. Stay tuned to DK Network for live updates.
