Immanuel Quickley came to the Toronto Raptors via trade last season and jumped right into the mix in a featured role. The talented guard appeared to be on track for an even better campaign this season, but unfortunately for the 25-year-old, he’s spent most of his time sidelined due to injury thus far.
According to ESPN’s Marc Spears, Quickley has been diagnosed with a partial ulnar collateral ligament tear in his left elbow and will be re-evaluated in a week.
Quickley has appeared in just three of the Raptors’ 11 games this season. In those contests, he’s averaged 15.3 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists while shooting 37.5% from beyond the arc.
Over the offseason, Quickley inked a five-year, $175 million contract extension with Toronto.
