Bulls guard Lonzo Ball missed over two seasons due to a severe knee injury suffered in January 2022. He was finally able to return to the court this season, but then was shelved once again after three games. This time, though, it wasn’t the knee, but a wrist injury.
During a game against the Memphis Grizzlies, Ball awkwardly fell and sprained his right wrist. No surgery was required, but it was designated as a Grade 2 sprain.
On Monday, we received some updates. Ball is no longer wearing a brace and was seen getting shots up in practice. With that said, there is still no timetable for his return and Billy Donovan said that Ball still has some pain in the wrist.
