Monday Night Football Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em Fantasy Football Picks for Rams vs. Dolphins

Updated:

By: Jeff Pratt

Week 10 of the NFL season is almost over! Monday Night Football can either make or break your fantasy matchup as the last game of the slate.

Let’s highlight my start/sit fantasy football picks for Rams vs. Dolphins on MNF.

MNF Must-Starts

  • Kyren Williams
  • Puka Nacua
  • Cooper Kupp
  • Tyreek Hill
  • De’Von Achane

Sit ‘Em: Jaylen Waddle

It’s been a struggle for the speedster this year.

Waddle scored 16.2 PPR points in Week 1, and hasn’t hit double digits since. That’s not all on him, of course, as Tua Tagovailoa has missed significant time this season. However, even upon Tua’s return, the two have failed to re-establish their rapport. Waddle found the end zone last game to somewhat salvage his fantasy day, but he only saw two targets.

With the myriad of weapons in Miami’s offense, leave their No. 2 receiver on your bench until he proves his value.

Start ‘Em: Matthew Stafford

With the Rams’ full offensive arsenal back at his disposal, Stafford has picked up the pace.

The veteran scored at least 18 points in each of his last two outings, combining for six touchdowns. The Dolphins are admittedly a tough fantasy matchup for opposing quarterbacks, but Stafford should continue to fire on all cylinders with Cooper Kupp, Puka Nacua and Kyren Williams making plays.

Stafford almost certainly won’t put elite numbers, but he can be trusted as a low-end QB1.

Sit ‘Em: Raheem Mostert

Mostert came back down to earth after a strong Week 8 fantasy performance. The veteran took his 12 touches for 88 yards, but lost his second fumble in the last three games.

While Mostert could continue to serve as Miami’s goal line back, it’s hard for Mike McDaniel to justify giving him significant touches with De’Von Achane at his disposal, also taking into consideration the fumbling issues.

I’m generally not in the business of starting touchdown-or-bust running backs if it can be avoided, so I would pivot elsewhere this week.

Those are my start ’em, sit ’em fantasy football picks for Monday Night Football! Stay tuned for more fantasy advice next week.
