There’s only a few weeks remaining in the fantasy football regular season, so each matchup matters even more with playoff seeding on the line. Don’t take Week 10 for granted as it could be the difference maker in the playoff bracket in a few weeks.

Three must-start fantasy football players for Week 10
Alvin Kamara, RB, New Orleans Saints (vs. Atlanta Falcons): $8,100
Alvin Kamara had the luxury of facing the Panthers in Week 9 which certainly factored into why he was so dominant. The veteran running back ran for 155 yards on 29 carries and added 60 receiving yards on six catches.
While it may be difficult to eclipse 200 scrimmage yards again, Kamara has had success against the Falcons earlier this year. He posted 77 rushing yards and a touchdown on 19 carries to go along with 42 receiving yards on seven catches.
The Falcons have allowed the ninth most rushing yards this season, and the Saints will be without Chris Olave, who was placed on the injured reserve with a concussion. Kamara will get more opportunities to improve on an already impressive 2024 season.
Saquon Barkley, RB, Philadelphia Eagles (vs. Dallas Cowboys): $8,300
The Eagles vs. Cowboys has typically been an critical game for both teams in recent history. The two squads have been atop the NFC East for the past few years, but the 2024 campaign is different. The Cowboys are just 3-5 and are likely to be without Dak Prescott for the remainder of the season.
This indirectly will allow Saquon Barkley to shine even more in their Week 10 matchup. The Eagles should easily bypass the Cowboys even with Micah Parsons returning to the lineup. Barkley has been one of the league’s best running backs this season, recording at least 100 rushing yards in five of his eight games. He’s also only had one game with less than 80 rushing yards this season.
Philadelphia will give Barkley plenty of touches this week against a Cowboys team that has allowed the 12th most rushing yards to opposing teams. Once the score gets slightly out of reach, the Eagles should begin to milk the clock, allowing Barkley to rack up easy fantasy points.
Justin Jefferson, WR, Minnesota Vikings (vs. Jacksonville Jaguars): $8,800
Justin Jefferson is on pace to have another 1,000-yard season for the Vikings — it would be his fifth in as many seasons. The LSU product has 783 yards heading into Week 10 with a juicy matchup on the road against the Jaguars.
The Jaguars have allowed the second most passing yards and receiving touchdowns this season. It’s a near-perfect scenario for Jefferson to have another great week. He’s recorded back-to-back games of at least 100 receiving yards. Even if he doesn’t reach 100 yards again, he should have a high fantasy output against the Jaguars in Week 10.
