Bilal Coulibaly OVER 14.5 Points (-110) – 1.5-units

Coulibaly is having a breakout season for the young Wizards, and Friday night sets up a strong bounce-back spot for the former Top-10 pick. If you follow my content, this is a guy I’ve been backing often in the early going, especially with this low number on his point prop continuing to be posted.

Coulibaly is averaging 17.7 points through six games, going 4-1 to the over on his point prop over the last five. Washington is really trying to feature its young talent, which has meant a lot of minutes for developing lottery picks. Coulibaly has played at least 33 minutes in each of the last five games, and actually saw a season-high 39 minutes against the Warriors on Monday.

However, after scoring nine early points, Coulibaly went cold against one of the best defenses in the NBA. He finished with just nine points on 3-of-11 from the field. The Wizards play with some pace, and will now face a below average Memphis defense without some of its best players. Kyle Kuzma remains out for Washington, so Coulibaly will continue to play a huge role for this team, and get plenty of shots up. Nice bounce-back spot here.
