The Bills roll into Indianapolis after winning three straight games, but they’ll have to make some adjustments to the workload at wide receiver. With Keon Coleman (wrist) already ruled out and Amari Cooper ($5,800; wrist) questionable, it looks like Khalil Shakir ($6,000) and Mack Hollins ($3,300) could both be solid options to consider in Week 10. Let’s take a look.
Injury updates
On Friday, coach Sean McDermott not only ruled rookie Keon Coleman out for Week 10, but he also said the injury could keep him out longer.
Asked if IR is a possiblity for WR Keon Coleman, Sean McDermott says "I don't believe so."
"It'll probably be multiple weeks, I just don't know how far it will go"

Coleman only had two targets last week against the Dolphins after playing 52 of the Bills’ 66 offensive snaps. At some point, he picked up this wrist injury. Prior to that quiet game, he had been getting more involved with at least four targets in five straight games and seven targets in Week 7 vs. the Titans and Week 8 vs. the Seahawks.
Coleman’s injury isn’t the only one the Bills are dealint with at receiver. Cooper has also been battling a wrist issue and has been limited in practice all week. He was listed as questionable on Friday.
WR Amari Cooper says the biggest hurdle for him to overcome in terms of getting back on the field after missing this past week’s game against MIA is pain management. Still has his injured wrist heavily wrapped as seen midway through this video #Bills #BillsMafia pic.twitter.com/871GzUGCcy

Even when he does get on the field, he has not yet been able to build any kind of rapport with Josh Allen ($7,700), so he may need some ramp-up time before being a great fantasy option.
Curtis Samuel ($3,300; pectoral) and Mack Hollins (shoulder) have also been limited in practice this week, so be sure to see who is available on Sunday vs. the Colts.

Khalil Shakir’s high ceiling
With so many of his teammates banged up, Shakir could be a very strong option in Week 10 vs. the Colts. I have him ranked just outside my top 20 WRs to start, but I’d bump him up into the top-20 if Cooper is unable to play.
As the Bills’ go-to option, Shakir has had at least six catches in each of the last three weeks. He had double-digit fantasy points in each of those contests with a season-high 22.9 fantasy points in a 100+ yard performance against the Seahawks.
He has averaged 13.1 fantasy points per game and beenn very reliable due to his volume.
This week, he has a favorable matchup against the Colts, who have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing WR this season. Wide receivers have scored nine touchdowns in nine games against the Colts and have produced 180+ yards in each of the last two weeks.
If Shakir is the clear-cut No. 1 WR, he’s a must-start in almost all season-long formats and a very solid midrange option in DFS contests like the NFL $2.75M Fantasy Football Millionaire [$1M to 1st].
Mack Hollins fantasy football sleeper potential
With Coleman out, Hollins could be an elite sleeper play this week since he will likely take over Coleman’s role in the offense. Hollins does have injury concerns of his own, but if he’s active, he has real upside.
Last week against the Dolphins, he hauled in five catches on five targets for 30 yards and a touchdown to total 14.0 fantasy points. It was his best fantasy performance of the season and his third touchdown.
He has at least five targets in three games this season and seems to have built a strong rapport with Allen. He’s very risky if Cooper is active, but he is only $3,300 in DFS contests, so he may end up one of my favorite sleepers of the week.
The bottom line
The Bills are four-point road favorites in Week 10 with the over/under set at a healthy 47 points. Shakir is +165 to score a touchdown and -135 to have over 5.5 catches. Hollins is currently +390 to score a touchdown which is potentially great value if he ends up as the team’s second receiver.
For season-long leagues, Shakir is basically a must start and Hollins can be used as a Hail Mary option if Cooper is out.
