There are a couple trends that very much show a lean to one side of Week 10โs TNF contest. But, is that the side with which bettors are casting their Ravens vs. Bengals predictions?
Before getting into systems and trends, letโs take stock of the predictions made for this game by combing through the moneyline, spread and game total betting splits from Ravens vs. Bengals.
Game splits
Moneyline
The -258 favorite Ravens are the popular play to win this game. But that doesnโt make them the sharp play here.
The +210 Bengals have only seen 22% of the moneyline bets, but those picks have accounted for 33% of the handle.
Spread
There hasnโt been a lot of movement with the spread here, as it sits at 6-even after opening at 5.5. Small movement like this can give more weight to the splits.
But, the splits arenโt giving us much here.
The Ravens are the popular play, seeing 57% of the spread bets. Those plays make up 58% of the handle. A very slight lean in Baltimoreโs direction, which also tracks with the slight upward tick of the spread. That could swing at any moment, though. Definitely need to track this throughout the day
Total
The game total has increased quite a bit since opening at 49.5. Its peak is 53.5, which is also one of the numbers itโs currently fluctuating between โ the other being 53-even.
The over is the popular play, seeing 63% of the game-total bets. However, the sharps are attacking the under, which has seen 44% of the game-total handle on 37% of the game-total bets.
Systems to note
Favorites have been taking care of business on Thursday this season. Through nine weeks, the favorite is 6-3 against the spread on Thursday Night Football.
