Bridges hyperextended his right knee during the fourth quarter of Wednesday’s game against the Detroit Pistons. He went up to block a Jaden Ivey layup, but he landed on his right leg and it buckled.
The MRI on Thursday revealed a bone bruise and he will now miss at least the next two weeks.

The Hornets play on Friday and Sunday to close out this week, play three games next week and three games the week of November 18th.
Grant Williams will likely replace Bridges in the starting lineup, with rookie Tidjane Salaun possibly seeing an uptick in playing time.
