Quarterback

Shedeur Sanders, Colorado at Texas Tech, $8,900 – Colorado is eighth in the nation in passing offense and 24th in EPA/pass. They are facing a Texas Tech defense that is 133rd in passing defense and 114th in EPA/pass. Shedeur Sanders has been consistently one of the best quarterbacks in the country this season and this is a great matchup for him to rack up stats. Texas Tech should also have a lot of offensive success in this game, which will turn it into a shootout, where Sanders is forced to throw the ball even more.

Kurtis Rourke, Indiana vs. Michigan, $7,400 – Kurtis Rourke is having a monster season after transferring in from Ohio. Indiana is first in the country in EPA/pass and in the top 20 of passing yards per game. Michigan’s defense gets a lot of residual respect because the unit has been so good the past few years, but they are currently 95th in the country in passing defense. Michigan is tough on the defensive line, so Indiana won’t want to run the ball too often. That will allow Rourke to let it rip on a vulnerable secondary and rack up some major yardage. Rourke is averaging 2.4 passing touchdowns per game this season and should throw a few more in this game.

Running Back

Tahj Brooks, Texas Tech vs. Colorado, $8,400 – Tahj Brooks is one of the most underrated running backs in the country. He has rushed for at least 109 yards in every single game this season and is averaging over a touchdown per game. Colorado is 79th in the country in rushing defense and 84th in EPA/rush and Brooks should be able to get after them on the ground. This game should be a shootout between two good offenses and Brooks should be able to get in the end zone multiple times.

Value
Phil Mafah, Clemson at Virginia Tech, $6,500 – Virginia Tech is 83rd in the country in rushing defense this season. It will be a rowdy atmosphere at Lane Stadium on Saturday, so Clemson could rely heavily on the run game to control the clock and get the crowd out of the game. Their offense really struggled against Lousiville last week and they will try to get back to basics in this game and rely on Mafah to run the football. Mafah had 171 yards and two touchdowns last week, which makes it three games in a row that he has had two rushing touchdowns. He also had a season-high five catches last week. Mafah could be in for a monster game against the Hokies.

Wide Receiver

Travis Hunter, Colorado at Texas Tech, $9,500 – For the same reasons I am backing Shedeur Sanders, I am also backing Travis Hunter at wide receiver. Hunter had his best receiving game of the season before the bye week with 153 yards and two touchdowns. Deion Sanders will not hesitate to run up the score and make sure Hunter gets the ball as much as possible, ensuring that he is at the top of the Heisman odds board, so opportunities will always be there. Against a bottom-five pass defense in the country, Hunter should run wild and have another huge game.

Value
Elijah Sarratt, Indiana vs. Michigan, $5,200 – Indiana has the best passing offense in the country and Sarratt plays a big role in that. Sarratt had two touchdowns last week against Michigan State and has been a great option for Rourke all season. Sarratt has been a consistent receiver on third downs and also has the ability to break a big play. He is averaging 17.5 yards per catch which is among the best in the nation for qualified receivers. Michigan is 95th in the country in passing defense and Indiana should be able to pick them apart through the air with Sarratt on the receiving end of some explosive passes.

Flex/Superflex
You can use any of the other names I listed in the above categories for the flex or superflex positions. However, here are a few more names, just in case.
Stud
Chandler Morris, QB, North Texas vs. Army, $9,400 – North Texas is 18th in EPA/pass and second in passing yards per game. Chandler Morris is having a massive season with over 400 passing yards in half of his games. The Army defense has not faced a passing attack anywhere near as dangerous as North Texas and should be shellshocked by the Mean Green aerial attack. The North Texas defense should also struggle to get stops against Army, which should turn this into a back-and-forth shootout, giving Morris even more chances to rack up yardage and passing touchdowns.
Other Options – Darius Taylor, RB ($8,700), Quinn Ewers, QB ($8,500)
Value
Behren Morton, QB, Texas Tech vs. Colorado, $6,000 – Morton has been consistently solid for Texas Tech this season. He is averaging over two passing touchdowns per game and has attempted at least 40 passes in five out of nine games this season. Morton should have a lot of success against a Colorado secondary that is outside the top 50 in passing defense. They have given up explosive plays against the elite offenses they have faced this season and Morton should be able to do the same in what should be a shootout.
