The Phoenix Suns appear to have finally become a complete team thanks to strong play from their stars and a couple of key offseason additions. Forget last season’s first-round playoff bounce — with a 6-1 record through their first seven games, their resurgence as an early title favorite seems to be in full swing.
The 36-year-old Kevin Durant continues to defy Father Time, averaging 27.1 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 3.4 assists so far this season. He’s leading the charge for Phoenix and will look for another strong performance against the 3-3 Miami Heat on Wednesday night.

For Wednesday’s game between the Suns and Heat, Durant’s lines are currently set at 23.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 2.5 three-pointers on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Durant only faced Miami once last season, but posted 20 points, eight boards, seven assists, plus two steals and a block in that contest. Tonight should be an interesting matchup between a high-powered offense and a middle-of-the-pack Miami defense which is very capable of punching above their weight.
Over 23.5 points feels like a safe bet for Durant tonight, and at -110 odds, it offers decent value. He’s surpassed the 23.5-point mark in five-of-seven games this season, with another close performance of 21 points, as well.
Durant’s rebounds line could also be one for bettors to target. He’s notched over 6.5 boards in four-of-seven appearances, and Miami ranks 20th in defensive rebound percentage. The over on 6.5 rebounds is currently set at +110 odds, so consider betting on the 6-foot-11 forward to crash the glass tonight.
Of course, if you’re keen Durant hits the over on both of these lines, over 29.5 PTS + REB is one more prop to keep an eye on at -115 odds.
