After no games were played yesterday, Wednesday has 24 teams across the association taking the court. With so many players in action, figuring out who to start in season-long fantasy and DFS formats is no easy task. Still, with so many matchups, there’s plenty of value available. Here are three centers I’m looking to back tonight.

1. Nikola Jokic, Denver Nuggets vs. OKC ($11,700)
Nikola Jokic is the rare superstar who is so consistently good that his dominance becomes boring to talk about. The three-time MVP is off to a predictably great start, posting 29.6 points, 12.6 rebounds, and 10.3 assists per game. Over seven contests, he has yet to put up less than 60 DK fantasy points.
The only cause for concern is Oklahoma City’s terrific defense. Jokic does have a triple-double against the Thunder this year, but he only scored 16 points. Still, with Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon set to miss some time, the Serbian is poised to dominate the Nuggets’ offense tonight.
2. Anthony Davis, Los Angeles Lakers at MEM ($10,700)
The biggest key to Los Angeles’ solid start has been the play of Anthony Davis. The Brow has put up a massive 32.6 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks per game so far this season. Even with LeBron James struggling to find his shot at times, Davis’ elite two-way play has carried the Lakers.
The Grizzlies employ former Defensive Player of the Year Jaren Jackson Jr., but that hasn’t stopped AD before. In his last five games against Memphis, AD is averaging 26.6 points, 12.8 rebounds and 3.4 blocks. He’s set up for another dominant all-around performance on Wednesday night.
3. Victor Wembanyama, San Antonio Spurs at HOU ($10,400)
It hasn’t been quite the start fans hoped to see from Victor Wembanyama. The unicorn is still great (18.9 PPG, 10.3 RPG, 3.9 BLKPG), but he still has some room to grow on offense. Still, the absurd block numbers coupled with a gigantic 7’4 frame give Wemby a reliable floor for production.
Wembanyama hasn’t always been at his best against the Rockets. In six career games against them, he’s put up 17.0 points and 13.0 rebounds on subpar 44.8% shooting from the field. However, those numbers have skyrocketed during his two outings vs. Houston this season, averaging 21.5 points, 13.5 rebounds and 3.5 blocks. Fantasy managers backing the Frenchman tonight will hope to see more of the later rather than the former.
