The Mavericks hope to get their fourth win of the young campaign against the Magic. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Dallas is currently an eight-point favorite, with the game’s point total at 221 points.

Below, I’ve honed in on my favorite prop bet centered around Mavs superstar Luka Doncic.

Luka Doncic 35+ points (+280)

The best offensive hub in the sport has continued to fill up the stat sheet, but has mightily struggled with efficiency. In five outings, Doncic is shooting just 38% from the field and a woeful 29% from distance. The reigning scoring champion has only surpassed the 30-point mark once and seems a bit discombobulated. 

I’m inclined to fade this early slump and buy into Doncic’s natural ability as one of the best players in the league. He can catch fire in a hurry, and coach Jason Kidd will make it a priority to get his top talent back on track. In two of his last four matchups against Orlando, Doncic dropped over 40 points, including a 45-point effort back in January.

Take advantage of his sluggish start before he gets back into elite form. The 25-year-old is due for a monster showing, and getting this adjusted line with such tremendous value is too enticing to pass up.
