Williamson emphasized the chance for immediate redemption, and with New Orleans already familiar with the same-opponent, back-to-back format from recent games against the Trail Blazers, they are well-prepared to make necessary adjustments. Brooklyn, despite falling to the Nuggets 144-139 in overtime on Tuesday, has shown resilience behind strong performances from Dennis Schroder (22.5 points per game) and Cam Thomas, who is averaging 28.5 points. Ben Simmons is also expected to return after sitting out Tuesday. With Memphis potentially missing Ja Morant, who is listed as questionable with right thigh soreness, and facing ongoing third-quarter woes, the Nets’ offensive firepower and depth provide good value to cover the +12 spread.
Bam Adebayo Over 15.5 Points (-110)
Despite averaging 11.0 points through Miami’s first three games, Bam Adebayo has a favorable set-up to exceed the 15.5 points line against the Knicks. New York’s frontcourt depth has been compromised, with both Mitchell Robinson and Precious Achiuwa out due to injuries, leaving the Knicks without their top defensive options inside. This creates an opportunity for Adebayo to increase his scoring output, particularly in the paint, where New York’s defense has weakened.
Miami’s offense, sparked by Jimmy Butler’s recent surge, has balanced out with Adebayo often capitalizing on inside opportunities.
