It’s not quite the best day of the year, but it’s certainly one of the more eccentrically-joyous ones for sports fans! Today is indeed a Sports Equinox, in which we get nationally-televised, major market games in all four major leagues (MLB, NFL, NHL, and NBA) in one night.
So I got to thinking, what better way to celebrate than to hit DraftKings Sportsbook for an Equinox Parlay? I cheffed one up below, and give you instructions on how to tail it, and join the betting group where all our DKN analysts are placing bets every day!

Pittsburgh Steelers -6 vs. New York Giants
I know, with a spread this big and a total this low, it just doesn’t feel right. Daniel Jones gets Malik Nabers back, and the Giants are in a bounce-back spot after an atrocious showing last week.
I’m not betting against Mike Tomlin right now. Not tonight. Primetime again, and last week he was in vintage form. This offense is totally serviceable and can be mistake-free under Russell Wilson. They can eat a ton of clock.
Barring some explosive plays from Danny Dimes—whether via his legs or with his arm—I think this Steelers defense remains an iron curtain and covers.
Los Angeles Dodgers Moneyline (vs. New York Yankees)
They’re going to sweep the New York Yankees. I don’t know what else to say.
Florida Panthers Moneyline (vs. Buffalo Sabres)
This team is just too fun to bet against on the Equinox. Who better to shut down the Buffalo Sabres’ run of 4.5 goals per game in their last six contests. On October 12th, they beat the Panthers 5-2.
It’s not going to happen to Paul Maurice’s Gatos a second time in a row on the same calendar month. I like that the Panthers are away. We’re getting more juice on the ML.
Houston Rockets Moneyline (vs. San Antonio Spurs)
The Rockets are the better team than the Spurs, and Vegas seems to know it now. That’s even with the Spurs having beaten the Rockets two nights ago in Houston.
But Vegas has the line for this as Houston favored by 2.5 points on DraftKings Sportsbook. One might assume this is because we all watched the Rockets almost eclipse a 20-point deficit, only to fall just short.
This is another no-way-it-happens-twice-in-a-row bet. Jalen Green is playing like he wants even more money than what was just given to him, and the rest of Sengun & co. look sharp offensively to begin the year.
