UPDATE 4:44 p.m. ET: Chris Olave has left the blue medical tent and returned to the game. He was evaluated for a concussion and cleared to return to the game.
This is obviously a huge sigh of relief, seeing as Olave’s history with concussions. For now, Saints fans can breathe.
Midway through the first quarter in the Saints’ games against the Chargers, Chris Olave appeared to injure himself in the game and was helped to the blue medical tent by trainers.
Olave came into the game just having cleared concussion protocol, and it looked like this injury happened after he sustained a big hit.
