A.J. Brown has played in three games in 2024 and has exactly three touchdowns. He’s been a monster on the field for the Eagles this season and now has another favorable matchup on the schedule. Are we going to make it four weeks in a row with an A.J. Brown touchdown? Let’s discuss.

I wrote up Brown last week and he delivered with a 41-yard touchdown in the second quarter against the Giants. Now, he’ll be up against another below average secondary in the Bengals. In coverage, he’s going to see a lot of CB Cam Taylor-Britt and DJ Turner, depending on what side of the field he’s lined up. Taylor-Britt is the softer matchup, as he’s already allowed four touchdowns. Not only that, he’s getting absolutely burned on the catches he’s allowed with an average of 15.4 YPR.
This game has one of the highest totals on the slate at 48 points. The Eagles need to throw will likely be at a lot higher rate than we saw last week against the Giants. With a score of 28-3, Jalen Hurts only threw the ball 14 times. This game has a high probability of being much closer, giving Brown ample opportunities to score.
