The Golden State Warriors opened their 2024-2025 season with a blowout win over the Portland Trail Blazers. Tonight, Steph Curry and company travel to Salt Lake City for a meeting with the Utah Jazz.
Curry played just 25 minutes in the season opener but logged 17 points, 10 assists and nine boards. While he was initially listed questionable for the Utah matchup due to a hip contusion, the 36-year-old former MVP is available to play and should get more run tonight. Here are some player props for Curry as he faces an up-and-coming Jazz squad.

For Friday’s game between the Warriors and Jazz, Curry’s lines are set at 26.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists, 4.5 three-pointers, and 1.5 steals on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Warriors are seven-point favorites in this one, with a game total of 235.
Curry only played two games against Utah last season, but averaged 20.5 PPG, 4.0 REB, 10.0 AST, 2.0 STL, and 4.5 3PM in those contests. The Jazz have the capability to show some fight and can’t be totally written off due to the ever-underrated Lauri Markkanen, but they’re still a young team in the rebuilding stages.
One of the best values for this contest, Curry to record the most assists, sits at +205. He’s a fantastic scorer, sure, but the Baby-Faced Assassin is just as capable a playmaker for others. Utah’s main guards, Keyonte George and Collin Sexton, respectively averaged 4.4 and 4.9 assists per game last season. Curry is easily the superior passer among the bunch, so give this prop bet a look.
Keeping with the assists trend here, Curry is also +114 to record over 6.5 assists tonight. Even if he doesn’t lead all players in the stat, this could still be nice value.
Finally, Curry is listed -115 to record 38+ points + rebounds + assists. It’s a slight risk since it could be a blowout in which Curry hits the bench early, but he’s still very cable of stuffing the stat sheet.
