Texans WR Tank Dell ($6,300) was a major disappointment in Week 7, failing to catch all of his four targets vs. the Packers despite potential for a heavy workload with Nico Collins (hamstring) inactive again for Houston. While this was a huge letdown, there is plenty of reason to still believe in Dell.
Prior to Week 7, Dell hauled in seven of his nine targets for 57 yards and a touchdown vs. the Patriots in his first game of the season sans Collins. Dell has scored at least 18 FPTS in two of his three career starts with Collins inactive, and with the wideout on IR, Collins will remain sidelined for at least two more games.
With Collins inactive this season, Dell has led the team in routes run and has been targeted on 23% of those routes, including a team-high three redzone targets in two games.
For this Sunday, Dell finds himself in a great spot to get back on track facing a zone-heavy Colts defense yielding the ninth-most yards per pass this season (7.1). This game presents a high total of 46 points on DraftKings Sportsbook. When Dell faced the Colts last season, he went off for 20.2 FPTS even with Collins active. Dell should bounce back with a strong outing this Sunday and he should get overlooked in GPPs after letting many fantasy players down last week.
