Is Michael Wilson a must-start if Marvin Harrison Jr. sits in Week 7?

Marvin Harrison Jr. ($7,000) suffered a concussion in Week 6 and it remains to be seen if the rookie will be able to return this Monday night for a matchup with the Chargers. Harrison Jr. will practice Thursday, but in a non-contact jersey, as he has yet to clear concussion protocol.

Harrison Jr. has handled a 21.8% target share this season, so if he sits, there will be plenty of opportunity to go around for Arizona’s offense. Harrison Jr. was only available for 18% of the snaps last week and, while Michael Wilson ($4,600) only saw four targets in Harrison Jr.’s absence, Wilson ran a route on a season-high 94% of his team’s drop backs. An increase in targets from last week would be inevitable for Wilson if Harrison Jr. is inactive and he is a strong spot against a zone heavy Los Angeles’ defense.

The Chargers play zone defense at the third-highest rate in the NFL and Wilson has been at his best against this type of coverage, with 93% of his receiving yards, 18 of his 21 catches and both of his touchdowns coming against zone.

Wilson has solid upside in this spot to begin with and Harrison Jr. missing this contest would give him an outstanding ceiling. Not only would Wilson be a WR3 for season-long leagues, the wideout would be an awesome value play for DFS at only $4,600.
