Malik Nabers ($7,500) has missed back-to-back games with a concussion, but after practicing Wednesday and Thursday, the Giants’ wideout has cleared the league’s concussion protocol. New York had reportedly already been “optimistic” about Nabers playing this Sunday vs. the Eagles, and now it seems like a sure thing.
If Nabers does indeed make his return this Sunday, he will be in a strong position to continue his excellent rookie season, with Philadelphia allowing the 10th-most yards per pass this season (6.9).
Despite missing two games, Nabers impressively ranks 10th in FPTS per game (24.4) and sixth in FPTS per snap (0.40) among receivers. The 21-year-old’s usage has been incredible, leading the entire NFL in target share at 38.2%. Furthermore, in his four games, Nabers has seen five redzone targets and a whopping 11 targets over 20 yards, which ranks sixth in the league.
Nabers is a truly elite fantasy asset and the Giants should be forced into a pass heavy game plan as three-point underdogs for this NFC East matchup on the DraftKings Sportsbook.
Nabers will always be a must-start for season-long leagues and he will be an appealing GPP target for DFS this weekend if he suits up, as some may ignore him coming off the concussion and with his salary a career-high $7,500 on DraftKings.
