Sometimes on your way to a “Crowning Moment,” you have to take a chance and do the thing no one expects to pay off. In an NFL Week 6 full of high scores and big-name injuries, an entry from joenip166 ended up on the top of the leaderboard to lay claim to the $1,000,000 top prize in the $3M Fantasy Football Millionaire on DraftKings. The entry from joenip166 claimed the top spot with a winning margin of over 11 fantasy points and was one of just 67 of the 176,470 entries (.038%) that included Buccaneers running back Sean Tucker ($4,000; 37.2 FPTS).
The bold move of playing Tucker definitely paid off and helped joenip166 claim the “Crowning Moment” of Week 6 with this entry:
Tucker shared the work in the Tampa Bay backfield with Bucky Irving ($5,400; 18.5 FPTS) with lead back Rachaad White (foot) sidlieed. Irving was the player with the highest ownership this week on 37.97% of rosters. While he was totally fine with a touchdown and over 100 yards from scrimmage, it was Tucker who stole the show and posted the second-highest score of any player on the entire slate.
The second-year back from Syracuse had gotten a couple of carries and a catch earlier this season, but has played very limited snaps. With White out, Tucker played a much larger role. He finished with 132 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns on 14 carries while adding three catches for 56 receiving yards and this touchdown—the first of his career:
Tucker wasn’t the Bucs representative in the winning entry. The Bucs DST ($2,600; 17 FPTS) was the second-chalkiest play of the day behind only Irving as they took on Spencer Rattler ($4,000; 14.41 FPTS) and the Saints. The D stood strong and posted the second-highest DST total of the week with five sacks, two interceptions, a fumble recovery and a defensive touchdown.
The winning entry also included Cade Otton ($3,500; 9.5 FPTS), who was my top fantasy football sleeper tight end of the week on the main slate. Even though Otton didn’t go off, he did score a touchdown to deliver decent value.
The final member of this entry from the Bucs was Chris Godwin ($6,900; 38.5 FPTS), who was the top receiver on the entire slate by a margin of almost 12 fantasy points. He finished with 11 catches for 125 yards and two touchdowns as the Buccaneers routed the Saints. Godwin, Tucker and Co. gave a huge boost to joenip166 on the path to the “Crowning Moment.”
It wasn’t just the Bucs who went off on Sunday, though. Godwin was joined at receiver by Zay Flowers ($6,500; 25.4 FPTS) of the Ravens—who did all his work in the first half—posting nine catches on nine targets and totaling an impressive 132 yards and a receiving score.
This entry also got a monster game from Jordan Love ($6,600; 26.62 FPTS), who was the third-highest scoring QB on the slate but owned in under 10% of lineups. Love threw four touchdown passes and racked up 258 passing yards while leading the Packers to a big 34-13 win over the Cardinals.
Love is the only player to throw for 4+ touchdowns this season, and he was tied for second in the NFL with 12 passing touchdowns at the end of his game.
Since Sean Tucker was so cheap, this entry could afford to pay up in the other running back spot and opted to go with Derrick Henry ($8,000; 28.2 FPTS) against the Commanders. Henry added to his NFL-leading touchdown total and continued to cement himself as one of the top fantasy backs each week. He finished with 132 rushing yards and two more touchdowns this week and continues to thrive in his first season in Baltimore.
This entry also opted to go with a running back in the flex spot, rolling out Joe Mixon ($6,900; 30.2 FPTS). Mixon had a pair of touchdowns in his return—one on the ground and one as a receiver while totaling an impressive 132 yards on just 15 touches against the Patriots.
With Mixon, Henry and Tucker, this entry had the top three running backs on the board on Sunday afternoon in addition to Godwin, who was the highest-scoring player overall.
This entry from joenip166 put up so many points that even a dreaded snowflake couldn’t slow it down. Jalen Tolbert ($5,000; 8.3 FPTS) was a popular play in what was supposed to be a high-scoring, back-and-forth contest between the Cowboys and the Lions. The Lions kept up their end of the bargain by hanging 47 points on Dallas at Jerry’s World, but the Dallas offense only mustered nine points and Tolbert only had 8.3 fantasy points.
Even though Tolbert didn’t deliver, the rest of joenip166’s entry was constructed well enough to overcome his down game. Pairing Tucker with Godwin and rolling with Love at QB made up the strong core of this entry which claimed joenip166’s “Crowning Moment” in Week 6.

For the third straight week, the main slate consists of 10 games.
