Will A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith play in Week 6 vs. the Browns?

The Philadelphia Eagles are coming off their Week 5 bye, and it looks like they’ll have their passing game back at full strength with the return of A.J. Brown ($7,800) from a three-game absence along with DeVonta Smith ($6,800), who missed the team’s Week 4 game with a concussion.

Smith officially cleared the NFL Concussion Protocol on Friday and Brown continues to practice and prepare for his return, as well.

Getting Brown and Smith back would be a huge boost for Jalen Hurts ($7,200), who only threw two touchdowns over his last three games and was held under 200 passing yards in two of those contests.

Brown was clearly the go-to option in the offense before the injury, earning 10 targets in Week 1. He hauled in five of those passes for 119 yards and a touchdown in a 25.9 fantasy point performance.

Smith had eight targets in that game, followed by 10 more in both Week 2 and Week 3. He posted seven catches and 75-plus yards in each game, as well as a touchdown in Week 2’s loss to the Falcons.

If Brown can get back on the field this week, he’ll be a top-10 wide receiver in his matchup against the Browns. Cleveland has given up four wide receiver touchdowns and an average of 139.8 yards per game to the position. They rank 13th in fantasy points allowed to receivers so far this year.

Brown, Smith and the Eagles are 2-2 coming out of their bye week and are 9.5-point home favorites in this week’s contest. Brown is +155 to score a touchdown and Smith is +155. The Eagles as a team are -108 to score over 26.5 points in their matchup against the struggling Browns.
