(Getting ready to catch up on Agatha All Along and need a refresher on the character? Here’s what you need to know going into the series.)
Between WandaVision and Agatha All Along, Kathryn Hahn has somehow found herself at the center of two Billboard hit songs.
More on that and the rest of episode four later. First, let’s make sure we’re ready for this week’s release.
Disney+ is dropping episodes of Agatha All Along at 9 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesdays. After dropping the first two episodes together, the third and fourth were each released on separate nights. Agatha All Along episode five is also slated to drop by itself. It will be available on Wednesday, October 9 at 9 p.m. ET.
Timing notes
Episode three is still the shortest of the bunch, being the only one to go under 40 minutes. The fourth episode clocked in at 43:25 (including credits), making it the second-longest episode of the show.
With five episodes to go, it seems like viewers have a range they can plan for, with the potential of perhaps a two-minute increase or decrease on either end of the range.

- To make good on where we began things, shortly before the fourth episode released, the “Sacred Chant” version of “The Ballad of the Witches’ Road” was found to have come at No. 22 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart. This came after WandaVision’s “Agatha All Along” song made the same chart years ago at No. 36. Additionally, this news came out just before we got a “Cover Version” of “The Ballad of the Witches’ Road,” which is a 70s-style rock song made for the show that proved crucial to helping the coven escape the latest trap they encountered along the Witches’ Road.
- Aubrey Plaza’s Rio made her return after taking the episode off, and did she ever make her presence known. The easiest way to sum up her character was a line from Sasheer Zamata’s Jen: “Do I hate her, or do I want her phone number?” This character is chaos incarnate.
- Plaza’s return provided information on Joe Locke’s nameless character. (Don’t worry, she hasn’t stopped Agatha from screaming “teen!” whenever something happens to him.) The third episode of Agatha All Along implied Locke’s character might be Agatha’s son. Plaza’s Rio said that’s not who he is, without offering an alternative answer. But, should we believe her? She doesn’t exactly exude trustworthiness.
