The NFC South starts Week 5 with this big showdown in Atlanta. The 3-1 SU/ATS Buccaneers bounced back from their bad loss to the Broncos by beating the Eagles last week, while the Falcons went to 2-2 SU/ATS by beating the Saints on a last-second field goal.
The Bucs are 9-3 SU/8-4 ATS in their last 12 games overall and 6-2 SU in their last eight against the Falcons. They have also gone an impressive 9-2 ATS in their last 11 road games and 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games as underdogs.
On the other side of this matchup, the Falcons are only 8-19 ATS in their last 27 home games and 3-6 SU in their last nine games. They are only 1-5 SU in their last six Thursday games and 1-5 ATS in their last six overall. While the trends are all in the wrong direction for Atlanta, their roster is much improved for this season, and they’re showing some signs of turning things around.
The over is 12-4 in the last 16 head-to-head matchups between these teams and 7-1 in their last eight meetings in Atlanta. However, the under is 6-3 in the Bucs’ last nine games overall and is 7-1 in their last eight games in October.

The Jets and Vikings clash in London at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium at 9:30 a.m. ET. The Jets lost in tough conditions at home last week to the Broncos to fall to 2-2 SU/ATS while the Vikings got a huge road win in Green Bay to move to 4-0 SU/ATS on the season.
The Jets are only 4-10 ATS over their last 14 games and 4-11 SU in their last 15 games on the road. They have gone 7-3 SU in their last 10 games against the Vikings and 8-1-1 ATS in their last 10 games in October.
Minnesota has been red hot to start the season and is 9-3-1 ATS in its last 13 games played on a Sunday dating back to last season. The Vikings are undefeated SU and ATS this season and are also 5-0 ATS in their last five games against the AFC East. The Vikings are also 12-3 ATS in their last 15 seasons in the week before their bye week.
The over is 4-1 in the last five head-to-head matchups between these squads but only a combined 2-5-1 in their games this season.
Buffalo Bills vs. Houston Texans

Betting Trends

These two AFC giants are each 3-1 SU after the first four weeks of the season. The Texans are 0-4 ATS, though, while the Bills are 2-2 ATS. Buffalo will be looking to bounce back from their loss on Sunday night to the Ravens, while the Texans’ loss came two weeks ago to the Vikings, but they rebounded to beat the Jaguars SU last week.
In their last 11 games, the Bills are 9-2 SU, and they are 8-2 SU in their last 10 against teams from the AFC. However, the Bills are only 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games against the AFC South, though, and also only 1-5 ATS in their last six games in October.
The Texans are 6-2 SU in their last eight games despite their struggles to cover the spread. They are 5-1 SU in their last six home games and 5-1 SU in their last six games against AFC opponents.
The under is 13-7 in the Texans’ last 20 games and 6-1 in the last seven matchups between these two teams. On the other hand, the over is 6-3 in the Bills’ last nine games.
Dallas Cowboys vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Betting Trends

The Cowboys got the SU win last Thursday against the Giants to snap a two-game skid, but they failed to cover and are 2-2 SU/1-3 ATS on the season. The Steelers took their first loss of the season on the road in Indy and slid to 3-1 SU/ATS. That game was also the first time all season that the Steelers’ game total went over the total.
Dallas is 6-3 SU/ATS in its last nine games against Pittsburgh and 11-2 ATS in their last 13 October contests. However, the Cowboys are only 1-4 ATS in their last five games and 1-7 ATS in their last eight games as the underdogs.
The Steelers are an impressive 20-6-2 ATS in their last 28 games and 7-2 ATS in their last nine games against the NFC. They are 6-2 SU/ATS in their eight most recent matchups and 8-4 ATS in their last 12 home games.
The over is 4-2 in the last six games between these two teams and 5-1 in the Cowboys’ last six games overall. On the other hand, the under is 4-2 in the Steelers’ last six games overall, 14-5 in their last 19 games as favorite, and 10-5 in the Cowboys’ last 15 road games.

Betting Trends

There’s only one Monday Night Football game this week; good thing it’s a great matchup. Both the Saints and Chiefs are 3-1 ATS this season, but the Chiefs are 4-0 SU while the Saints are 2-2 SU. The Saints beat the Panthers and Cowboys convincingly to start the season but lost their last two games by narrow margins to the Eagles and Falcons. The Chiefs haven’t been blowing people away and have suffered multiple significant injuries, but have managed to win every game they have played SU.
The Saints will look to hand the Chiefs their first loss of the season and are 10-1 SU in their last 11 games played in Week 5. They are also 7-2 ATS in their last nine games as the underdog and 6-3 SU in their last nine games overall. However, they are only 3-10-1 ATS in their last 14 games played on a Monday.
On the other side of this primetime matchup, the Chiefs are 10-0 SU/8-1-1 ATS in their last 10 games. They are also 5-0 SU in their last five home games and 22-4 SU in their last 26 non-conference games.
The trends point to under as a very strong play in this matchup. The under is 16-5 in the Chiefs’ last 21 home games and 7-1 in their last eight Monday games. The under is also 7-2 in the Saints’ last nine games vs. the AFC, but only 1-4 in the Saints’ last five games overall.
