It may be hard to believe but Week 5 of the NFL is already here. The first month has been a whirlwind and a very surprising season, to say the least. However, some things have stayed the same. The Chiefs are 4-0, and the Giants are still irrelevant. I kid.
After four weeks of football, we’ve learned a lot about who’s good, and who’s not. It’s time to put that knowledge to the test and find the four best QB/WR stacks for Sunday’s main slate on DraftKings.

4. Daniel Jones ($5,200)/ Malik Nabers ($7,300), New York Giants at Seattle Seahawks
Despite my corny Giants joke in the introduction, I do think they have a star on their hands in rookie receiver Malik Nabers. To say he has hit the ground running would be an understatement. Nabers is currently second in the NFL in receiving yards and is tied for second in receiving touchdowns with three. He has nine more targets than any other player in football, so it’s safe to say the Giants offense pretty much revolves around him. My only concern for Nabers is how he progresses in the concussion protocol. If he is out on the field on Sunday, I have no doubt that he will continue to feast.
Daniel Jones’ cheap salary provides a ton of flexibility in the rest of your lineup, and despite the narrative surrounding Jones, the numbers are not as bad as you would think. This season, he has averaged just over 220 passing yards per game and has thrown four touchdowns to three interceptions. He is 13th in passing yards, 14th in QBR and has completed over 63% of his passes. I like these two to continue their recent trend of playing well together on Sunday.
3. C.J. Stroud ($7,200)/ Nico Collins ($7,700), Buffalo Bills at Houston Texans
This would not be a QB/WR stacks article from me without the addition of Stroud and Collins. The only reason I have them third instead of as my favorite QB/WR stack this week is the matchup. They will be facing a Bills defense that has played well despite the heavy loss to Baltimore. The Bills are a top-six passing defense this season and will be locked in after such a big loss on prime time.
Despite the tough matchup, these two are still a great stacking option for the slate. C.J. Stroud has continued his stellar play from last season, while Nico Collins looks like the best receiver in the league right now. Collins is the second most targeted player in football, yet he leads the league in receiving yards by 103. His yards per catch is 16.3, good enough for 12th in the league despite being a bigger, physical receiver. The only thing he has been lacking is touchdowns, which he still has two of. If Stroud and Collins can become more efficient in the red zone, this duo could be even better than they already are.
2. Geno Smith ($5,900)/ DK Metcalf ($7,000), New York Giants at Seattle Seahawks
These two are the most underrated QB/WR stack on the slate. In my opinion, both Smith and Metcalf are great value at these salaries. Geno Smith has had a solid start to the season, and he quietly leads the NFL in passing yards. He is completing over 72% of his passes and is top 10 in QBR. Metcalf has also started the season strong, as he currently is third in the league in receiving yards. Metcalf started the season slow, with only 29 yards against the Broncos in Week 1. A lot of that has to do with Patrick Surtain guarding him because, in the three following weeks, he has gone over 100 receiving yards each time.
These two have combined for two touchdowns in four weeks, and this Sunday is a great opportunity to do it again. The Giants are just above average against the pass, ranking 14th in that category. However, this spot feels like it could be a big one for these two, especially at home with this raucous Seahawks crowd.
1. Joe Burrow ($6,400)/Ja’Marr Chase ($8,000), Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals
These two are certainly not the cheapest, but in my opinion, they have more upside this week than any other QB/WR stack. The Burrow to Chase connection took a while to heat up, but the last two weeks have me convinced that they are back. In Week 3, Chase caught six balls for 118 yards and two scores. Then, in Week 4, he caught three catches for 85 yards and another score. Chase and Burrow have connected for big plays in each of the last two weeks, and that is hard to find in today’s NFL.
Two weeks is a small sample size, but 24 yards per catch over that period is something to seriously consider. Chase missed most of the summer due to a contract dispute, and it seems like he has just recently gotten back to his old self. To make matters even better, they are matched up against a Ravens team that has not defended the pass well. Baltimore ranks 29th in that category, giving up an average of 257.5 yards per game in the air. I expect this duo to continue their recent form on Sunday.
