UPDATE 5:45 p.m. 9/30/24: Richardson (oblique/abdominal) is considered day-to-day and still has a chance to play in Week 5 vs. the Jaguars, per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero:
UPDATE 5:23 p.m.: According to NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe, the Colts are optimistic that QB Anthony Richardson will miss very little or no game action after suffering a right hip pointer injury. The team will continue to evaluate Richardson throughout the week.
He was seen cheering on the sideline throughout the game and was in good spirits after the Colts beat the Steelers, 27-24.
UPDATE 1:56 p.m.: Anthony Richardson (hip) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday’s game vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Before he was hurt in the late-first quarter, Richardson was 3/4 passing for 71 yards. He had three carries for 24 yards. Richardson appeared to take hard blows on two of those carries.

UPDATE 1:36 p.m.: Anthony Richardson is officially questionable to return with a hip injury, according to the team.
In the final minutes of the first quarter, Colts QB Anthony Richardson left the game with his offense near the goal line.
After taking two rough hits at the end of quarterback runs in the same drive, Richardson was pulled from the game. He went to the medical tent briefly before being escorted to the locker room.
