College Football Week 5 Player Props: Best Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

There are a lot of big games with players due for big performances in college football Week 5. Here is how to bet on these player props on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Oklahoma vs. Auburn: Bauer Sharp Anytime Touchdown (+245)

Oklahoma’s top receiver, Deion Burks, will be out for this game. Their second leading receiver is the tight end Bauer Sharp. Sharp found the end zone in Week 1 and, while he hasn’t scored in the past two games, he had four catches in each game. Oklahoma also made a quarterback change this week that should see them pass more than they did with Jackson Arnold. Sharp should be the top target.

UCF vs. Colorado: RJ Harvey to Score 2+ Touchdowns (-110)

RJ Harvey has been one of the best running backs in the nation this year. Despite playing one fewer game than the other top guys, he is still in the top-ten in the country in rushing yards, and is tied for fourth in the nation with eight rushing touchdowns. Colorado is 83rd in the country in rushing defense and RJ Harvey should be able to run all over them and create explosive rushes that go for touchdowns. Harvey is averaging three touchdowns per game this season and there is no reason why he should slow down against the Buffaloes’ poor run defense.

Miami vs. Virginia Tech: Isaiah Horton o45.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Miami is third in the nation in EPA/pass. Their quarterback, Cam Ward, is the Heisman favorite. Isaiah Horton broke out last week with eight catches for 108 yards and a touchdown against South Florida, and seems to be developing a great connection with Cam Ward. Horton has gone comfortably over this number in three of four games so far. In the one he didn’t, he sat most of the second half with Miami up big. Xavier Restrepo still gets the attention of a WR1 from the opposing secondary, creating some great opportunities for Horton who should have another good game against a lackluster Virginia Tech team.

Georgia vs. Alabama: Carson Beck o1.5 TD Passes (-110)

Carson Beck and Georgia have been discounted a bit after their game against Kentucky where they squeaked out a win. For my money, they are still the most talented team in the country and Carson Beck is an elite college quarterback. Beck should make a statement in this game against an Alabama secondary that has looked very vulnerable this season. They have yet to face a good quarterback that can exploit their secondary and Beck should be the man to do the job and get a couple of touchdowns on the board in the process.

Rutgers vs. Washington: Kyle Monangai o101.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

Kyle Monangai is having a monster 2024 so far. He is averaging an absurd 24 carries and 152.3 rushing yards per game. Monangai can break the big play and get big chunks but Rutgers also has no problem feeding him the ball 25-30 times a game which is the best way to go over a prop like this. Washington’s defense has been really good against the pass but struggled against the rush. Rutgers should rely on their back to carry the load and get them a victory, pushing him over his prop here.
