While Breece Hall ($7,800) has been great for the Jets and a contender for OPOY — he carries the fourth-best odds for the award on the DraftKings Sportsbook at +1400 — Allen ($5,400) has also been terrific for this New York backfield. After seeing limited snaps in Week 1, the fourth-round pick out of Wisconsin has produced at least 56 total yards in back-to-back games and he has found pay dirt twice. During this two-week span, Allen has seen 9.0 carries per game — which is 35.3% of the Jets’ running back carries — while logging 33.1% of the snaps. As a receiver, the rookie has commanded a target on an elite 35% of his routes, while running a route on 27% of the Jets’ drop backs.

Allen has produced 14.7 FPTS per game the last two weeks and, for the season, he impressively ranks third among all skill players in FPTS per snap (0.62). Allen’s sensational efficiency has seemingly earned him double-digit touches every week going forward and he has proved that he can be a viable flex option with those opportunities.
Week 4 sets up well for Allen, with the Jets hosting the 1-2 Broncos, who are the 11th-worst graded defense on PFF this season. For this contest, New York is a 7.5-point home favorite over Denver and the Jets are a -105 favorite to score over 23.5 points on the DraftKings Sportsbook. Allen saw 14 touches in last week’s 24-3 blowout win over the Patriots and he should see a similar workload vs. the Broncos. The rookie should exceed double-digit fantasy points in this situation and is worth starting in 12-team and deeper formats this week.
